We use a Wiki-system for the digital documentation of our experiments. This system is based on tiddlywiki, and may involve some familiarization when you are a first-time user. In this Tiddler all info will be given on how to use the system.
The system runs on a server of the Rockefeller University (RU). The URL should be familiar since you are here. The Wiki basically consists of many pages or entries that can be organized and linked. Any such page is called a tiddler. The general structure is that everyone has a journal, which is a tiddler itself, in which you link to your experiments, being separate tiddlers themselves. To upload an experiment thus means creating a tiddler with the content itself, and linking to that tiddler in your journal. All journals can be found in the Table of Contents that appears on the opening screen.
The beauty of this is that you can open multiple tiddlers at once, e.g. one that you are currently editing, and another one that contains a previous experiment to use as reference.
