After meeting with John, Samira and Apostolis to discuss strategy for large scale cell growth, we decided to thaw 12 cryovials of N2102EP cells directly into 12x T175 flasks with 35ml of media per flask (per this experiment: 23 April 21_N2102EP Drug Assay Prep_Pilot Test of Media Volume Increase.
Once confluent we will split each flask into 4x 500cm plates for a total of 48 plates (16 plates per condition, 2 drugs and 1 control). The plates will have 100ml media total (instead of LaCava Lab standard of 70ml) to avoid having to change media after adding the drugs.
