method1: stripping buff: 25mM Glycin HCl PH:2.0 1% SDS
Method2: Restore PLUS Western Blot Stripping Buffer: wash blot with TBS/PBS, immerse blot in stripping buffer for 5-15 min at RT. remove the buffer and wash in TBS.PBS. block blot for 30-60 min.
Method3: 100mM 2mercaptoethanol, 2%SDS, 62.5mM TrisHCl PH:6.7 add the buffer to the blot for 30 min at 50°C (or 60 min at 60°C) under the hood, wash with PBS, repeat washing with PBS, add the 2nd AB to see if the stripping is successful. wash in PBS for 10min with agitation, block the blot with milk, continue the WB.
