Wes using elutions from IPs (ORF1, ORF2 and Flag IPs from PA-1 and MT302). 100 mg powder/cells and 30 ul of elution volume.
Wes using the same volume of elution (4 ul) for PA-1 and testing different MT302 elution volumes to check how much MT302 do we need to get the same signal for PA-1.
Conclusions: Increase volume for the elution (up to 60 ul instead of 30 ul for MT302 samples). Increase antibody dilutions and decrease elution volume to find the optimal relation between both.
