METHODS [Either link to WIKI protocol and note any deviations, or write down complete protocol]
e.g. [IP was performed according to Immunoprecipitation with antibody conjugated Dynabeads from cell powder. 100 mg of cell powder was used per IP instead of 50]
RESULTS
For adding a png image, you should either transfer it to the server using SFTP, or you can drag and drop it and import when you make an entry. For the latter, make sure the filename includes your name, experiment and date. Dropped files will all be stored in the same general folder, and general file names can lead to overwritten files. Once the file is imported or on the server, simply use:
OR for SFTP
[img["file_URL"]]For adding a PDF, make sure the file is in a Wiki box folder, and use the following code:
<iframe width="100%" height="785" src="scientific/....../......./[filename].pdf" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>DISCUSSION
