Important: We do not currently have simultaneous multi-user editing capability. Make sure you SignIn; Each user must login to edit and other editors will be blocked while an editor is logged in. The current editor can be force logged out if they have been logged in for an excessive period of time (presuming they forgot to logout), but please check with them by SLACK/Email/Text before doing so whenever possible.
You can also work in a separate personal copy and merge your new info with the main Wiki by importing or copy/paste - this avoids long lasting online sessions that block other editors.
Note: Do not store passwords or links to important content that can be edited by anyone with the link. View-only links are fine. This is just until we have better security overall. Let me know if there's an issues that needs my attention in terms of certain content that you want to post that you are not sure about.
Backups: After editing please click the "checkmark" to download a local copy of the content which will serve as your backup copy in case of accidental content loss. We also have an automated back-up system. Between these automated back-ups and your personal copies, we expect failsafe data protection.
