This conditions are for elutions obtained from IPs with ORF1 or Flag beads from MT302 powder.
Antibody conditions for IPs with anti-ORF2 beads are still not working well (because the Wes results I got from different IPs were quite different as the ORF2 beads weren't working well)
We haven't tried the anti-ORF1 lama nanobodies for Wes, maybe it could work.
