Summary: We tagged the precursor p105 protein. We need to remake this cell line if we want to get p50-3xFLAG.The precursor is expressed and readily detectible, but the 3xFLAG status is not clear from NFkB1-3xFLAG Cell Line Test.
p105 is thought to have protein interactions and this line may have value:
Endeogenous expression may be low in HEK 293 and HeLa (which is also confirmed by our own western blots). Seems NFKB1 is not expected to be constitutively activated in HEK 293.
