Description: Lyso IP in mice organ in quadriplicates (lung, liver, brain) RCL25 are pooled samples that were s-trapped by Raghu for comparison. Brain IPs were ran using two different mass ranges (200-2000 and 375-1500). We concluded using this information that the range 375-1500 gives more IDs.
