From two full T150 flask -> Seeded 12 T150 flasks with a 1:10 dilution (Tuesday 07-10-18). I seeded them directly with the differentiation media (15 ml of media).
Cells were at a 5-10% of confluency the next day (Wednesday 07-11-18). They started to have DC shape.
I changed the media on Friday (07-13-18). I passed the 12 T150 flask to twenty 500 cm2 dishes (07-17-18) (again, I used normal differentiation media).
I changed the media on Friday (07-20-18). Cells were harvested on Monday (07-23-18). Cells were very confluent (they couldn't stand one more day) and had been differentiating for 13 days.
We got only around 2 gr of cells.
