Samples were processed using the S-trap protocol as described somewhere else (https://macromolecule-child.rockefeller.edu/#04%2F09%2F2020_S-Trap%20Micro%20Ulra%20-High%20Recovery%20Protocol%20(Raghu%20Chivukula's%20LysoIP%20samples%2C%20RC9-132) , https://macromolecule-child.rockefeller.edu/#13%2F11%2F2020_S-Trap%20Micro%20Protocol%20(Raghu%20Chivukula's%20LysoIP%20samples%2C%20RC10-30%2C%20changed%20protocol)), speed-vac’d and resuspended using 25 uL of a solution containing 94.9:5.0:0.1 water:MeOH:FA.1 uL of the sample was injected in a C-18 modified silica 50 cm column using an Ultimate Dionex 3000 HPLC system. A 90 mins gradient was used to inject the samples into a Thermo Exploris 480 MS Peptides were analyzed and fragmented using HCD (collision energy 28%) Raw files were searched on Proteome Discoverer 2.4 against the reference Mus musculus FASTA file containing 55471 proteins
