Then Hua repeated the experiment just with MT302. These samples were however analyzed on the nano chip. –> August 5, 2020 - anti-ORF1 IP with EDTA or MgCl2
We also realized we need less salt to properly look at RNA interactions. Experiment will be repeated once more with 150mM NaCl instead of 500mM.
