Description: A new set of SDS insoluble pellets and cells was analyzed in order to address the reviewers questions.
Initially, 16 samples x 2 fractions (pellet and WCL) were ran: 4 HEK ATM treated, 4 HEK DMSO tretaed, 4 U2OS CPT treated, 4 U2OS DMSO treated.
Due to the low amount of HEK pellet fractions + a technical issue with the LC, we had to run new HEK pellets. U2OS were reran due to low peptide numbers obtained from the downstream analysis. The remaining of these samples (around 80%) was speed-vac'd, resuspended in 10 uL of solvent and 5 uL of the resulting solution were injected into the MS.

Resuspension volume: 25 and 8 uL
