—> confirmed in HEK (HeLa?) by IP/MS & western blot. MS results for HeLa were not very interesting. Almost nothing at all for any of the bands, except that STAT3 was definitely detected. Not sure if that is good or bad? Note: cannot detect STAT3 in lysates (sup, pel or ft), only in elutions, by IP. CRC is ambiguous. LFQ MS done at 150 and 300 mM NaCl. Preliminary Glutaraldehyde treatment test suggests antibody works on crosslinked material (IPs target).
