I-DIRT mqpar v1 – same used for 24 sample screen and 12 sample manual runs; but runs conducted seperately.
I modified a few parameters - including
(1) Included phospho STY (but excluded from quant)
(2) first searches on only oxidation and acetyl only
(3) second peptides feature turned on
(4) match between runs turned on
