4x6 manual –> I thought we did this but I don't currently find the data for it. This data seems to be the "no treatment" group for the ROME screen - ORF1p LFQ screen drug 12, 473 N2102Ep α-ORF1p 4H1 - but this group probably doesn't have the mIgG control group.
Therefore, for this set: we have up to 4 replicates for 18 conditions and up to 8 replicates for 6 of those conditions - depending on if multi-well and screen can be mixed.
